How does the booking process work?

As soon as we receive your booking request, we will process it immediately and confirm it within a few minutes.
Once your booking is successful, you will receive an official confirmation email with all important details.
Our goal is to provide you with a seamless booking process so you can fully focus on your cycling experience.

When is the rental payment due?

Once your booking has been confirmed, the rental payment is due. You will receive an email with a payment link.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Payment is possible via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.


How much does a cancellation cost?

If you need to cancel a booking, it’s free of charge at any time. However, we appreciate if you inform us as early as possible.


Pickup or delivery?

Pickup is available at our station in Calpe.

For added convenience, we also offer a regional delivery service. Between 09:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We can deliver your bike to your desired location 365 days a year. A fixed fee of €60 applies for delivery and collection, regardless of the number of bikes rented.

When receiving your bike, please present a valid ID to ensure a smooth handover.

What is included in the insurance?

Our insurance is part of our all-inclusive pricing and covers damage to the bike due to falls or accidents.
Theft is not covered. However, rest assured that the cost of the insurance is already included in your total rental price.


Is a deposit required at pickup?

No, a deposit is not required. We only need a copy of your ID for security purposes.
Our goal is to make the rental process as straightforward as possible. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.


What time must bikes be returned on the last rental day?

Bikes must be returned by the end of the last rental day during our opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Likewise, collection should take place within these hours on the first rental day.
If you have special requests for pickup or return, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
